No purchase is necessary to enter. By submitting their entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. (Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid).
2 Winner announcement
The winner will be notified personally by email as soon as practicable after their entry is selected.
3 Eligibility
The competition is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, except those who at any time between the start date and the date on which the winner is selected (inclusive) are employees of Bloodaxe Books ('the Promoter'), any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any appointed sales representatives/marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with Bloodaxe Books, or any member of their households. This includes poets whose books are published by Bloodaxe Books.
4 The prize
No cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw a prize at any time.
5 Winner publicity
Entrants accept that if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
6 Entries
All entries will become the property of the Promoter on its receipt of them and will not be returned. Entrants hereby assign to the Promoter all worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.
7 Winning entry details
The name of the winner will be sent to anyone who writes enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to Marketing, Bloodaxe Books, Eastburn, South Park, Hexham, Northumberland NE46 1BS, requesting details of the winning entry.
