Events organisers who have booksellers handling book sales should tell them to order from our trade distributor Grantham Book Services (GBS): we can confirm sale or return arrangements and supply returns documentation. See below for contact details for GBS. Organisers wanting to handle book sales themselves should contact our office by email to admin@bloodaxebooks.com. Bloodaxe authors handling their own book sales should order direct from GBS who will supply at author discount with payment by card, or they can set up a trading account with GBS by supplying trade references.
Bloodaxe Books works with PGUK for sales in England, Scotland and Wales, and with Repforce Ireland in Ireland and Northern Ireland, with distribution via Grantham Book Services (GBS). See below for information on reps and overseas distributors or sales agencies.

Trade terms: 35% standard trade discount unless otherwise agreed. Postage is not charged on UK trade orders, but will be charged for overseas orders. Trade accounts are with Grantham Book Services (GBS), not Bloodaxe. No account needed for orders prepaid by cheque or by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.
Trade credit: Strictly 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Trade returns: Authorised returns only should be sent to Grantham Book Services. A returns authorisation docket must be obtained beforehand from GBS. No credit will be issued for unauthorised returns, or for books sent back in an unsaleable condition, including books damaged in transit from the sender or despatched already shopsoiled. Returns can be authorised for credit only, not for refunds.
