Terms & conditions:

Trade terms: 35% standard trade discount unless otherwise agreed. Postage is not charged on UK trade orders, but will be charged for overseas orders. Trade accounts are with Grantham Book Services (GBS), not Bloodaxe. No account needed for orders prepaid by cheque or by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.

Trade credit: Strictly 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Trade returns: Authorised returns only should be sent to Grantham Book Services. A returns authorisation docket must be obtained beforehand from GBS. No credit will be issued for unauthorised returns, or for books sent back in an unsaleable condition, including books damaged in transit from the sender or despatched already shopsoiled. Returns can be authorised for credit only, not for refunds.
